Our 30th Anniversary happened to fall on our P-Day! 10 years ago we were in Norway celebrating our 20th and I often wondered how we would top that wonderful trip. Chaminuka Game Reserve 45 minutes east of our home.

These 2 seemed to be posing just for us…it was like a slow dance.

Wished we could have seen the other side to know what was going on back there!

Leif is making a list of jobs / careers he could have in Zambia when he gets released. Driving the safari truck is one of them.

Happy Anniversary! Thanks for sharing the photos. I am going to share them with my class at school - we are talking about Africa and safaris. Thanks for all you do for the people of Africa and especially for our missionaries.

How exciting! You guys really are having the mission of a lifetime. Again, you're inspiring me... :-)

Happy 30th! We just celebrated our 15th in August. Hoping our marriage is as successful as yours and Pres. Erickson's!

Miss you guys!

What an amazing anniversary. Can't wait to see how you celebrate your 40th anniversary.
The Bishop has wanted the neighborhoods to have a party for all the neighbors. The Nagy's and us hosted one for the Cottages last Saturday. We had a 50s theme and John really decorated. He had 50s music playing the whole time and "American Grafitti" playing in their theatre room. We served hamburgers, fries and milkshakes. It was a wonderful success and we had the missionaries there too. The biggest thing missing was you guys.

I kept going to your blog and there were no new posts. Finally Wynn pointed out that I needed to click on the top to have it go to the newest...how will I survive in the world? Well I am so happy to get up to date on your lives after being stuck in July for 2 months. I FEEL the love there. blessings on your heads
