Receiving new missionaries from the MTC or from another mission is never boring or mundane or routine. Each new elder or sister that comes to the GZLM is so remarkable and each has a unique and special story of conversion and desire to serve. We are on the blessed receiving end of the emotional hand off that occurs just weeks before by parents and loved ones.

Hello Sister Erickson,

This message has been resent through his mummy's personal mail address for subsequent contacts if any,  thanks.

We are happy to hear from you, hope all is fine as we are by the abundant mercies of our Father in Heaven. We are very much grateful to God for calling Lehi to join in this great work of salvation. Lehi in the Book of Mormon led a righteous life and God used him to save many many souls, there comes another Lehi whom we trust and know is going to continue in this great work of winning souls for God.

We love God and his Son Jesus Christ and cherish our membership in this great kingdom on earth, the only true and living Church upon the surface of the whole earth. His gospel has brought many reforms and uncountable blessings in our lives. We pray that God safely keep all missionaries and strengthen them to be able to invite all nations, families and people to come and taste of this love, mercy and goodness.

May you feel HIS closeness and sweet peace in your hearts every passing hour. Extend our greetings to all missionaries in your zone.

I love you.

Sincerely,

Elder Essilfie's family.

This group arrived on June 23rd with a lot of great energy and enthusiasm. They came ready to work and we are already feeling of their goodness and desires to serve. We are really excited to see the good leadership that will emerge from these 5.

Sister Andrianmamonjisoa came to us from the Botswana Mission via Madagascar. She is so delightful! We are grateful to have snatched her up for the remaining year of her mission.
